How to use: Pour boiling water over 2 slightly heaped teaspoons (approx. 4g) per cup (400ml) and leave to infuse for at least 5 minutes.Hærb has been inspired by the traditional herbs of various cultures. Tulsi, ginger and moringa are known in Indian Ayurveda as the nutrient-rich energy herbs par excellence. Guayusa and mate are an elementary part of the sunrise ritual among the indigenous peoples of South America, while nettle and dandelion root are known as natural energisers in local herbalism.
